Mobile Strategy

Employees and customers have a large influence over the mobile strategies that organisations have in place: eight in ten mobile strategies are influenced by employees, and more than seven in ten are influenced by customers. With this in mind, it’s hardly surprising to see that around half of organisations give their employees and customers equal importance in their mobile strategies.

Mobile strategies have great precedence for organisations: around half of technology departments consider supporting their organisation's mobile strategy to be a priority, and for one in six providing this support is a very high priority. However, technology departments are experiencing extra demands due to the security, cost and data management of these mobile strategies.
